We were at the "Midnight Swinger" show this past Saturday, and my wife and I had a great time. The other/warm up guy was funny too, so this added to the experience. This was our 1st time to Zanies, but it probably won't be the last. Nice staff/servers made us feel very welcome. Still can't believe the MS' purple outfit. It wouldn't do justice on tv, and one of those had to be there to see it moments.

Dear Zanies: I want to thank you for bringing Dave Scott (The Midnight Swinger) to your Vernon Hills Club this past Friday night. I haven't laughed that much in years. Even more importantly, I want to thank The Mignight Swinger even more so for giving my daughter your lap dance! It isn't very often that I see her embarrassed-it was priceless! I certainly hope the Midnight Swinger will be back at Zanies...and soon! Thanks! David Scott has an impeccable talent!!

We held our 2nd annual Zanies Comedy Club Fundraiser at Pheasant Run Resort, St. Charles on Thursday March 18th, 2010 and it was a huge success. It was an evening filled with fun, laughter, family and friends and everyone was there for one common reason - to help a horse in need. We sold 160 tickets and Zanies generously gave the entire cost of the tickets to FOD. Our 50/50 raffle raised over $700 and the winner donated it back to FOD - how generous!!! All proceeds go directly to the care of the horses and this incredible evening raised just over $5000.

I'd like to thank the following ~ Zanies Comedy Club, Cyndi Nelson, manager of Zanies and all her wonderful staff, Cash Levy, the headliner for the evening who made us laugh from the moment he stepped on stage, and our wonderful Field of Dreams family of volunteers along with their families and friends.

Everyone who attended (and some who could not come donated money) helped co-create a wonderful evening to help the equine "guests" at our barn. These horses come to us for help and all of us together are what makes it work. Whether you volunteer to help clean the barn, groom the horses, share your love to help lift their spirits, help us with mailings, run computer programs, or come to our fund raising events - YOU are the reason Field of Dreams is a success.

Girls Night Out brought us to Zanies last night. With only 36 patrons attending, the comedians all did very well when I know it must be a bit disappointing, they gave us their best. Although I liked Tim Clue, I thought he had been introduced on your website as using "clean" humor. It wasn't blue, but expletives were used. ...just wasn't unexpected. The attendant at the door was very nice as was our waitress. I would definitely try it again with a group.

Thank you so much for the awesome experience we had with our college kids and their friends! Kevin Bozeman had really great material and made us laugh hard with our kids. That was their first experience at a comedy club and they enjoyed it. We are regulars at Zanies (Vernon Hills). We always have a great time and always look forward to a good laugh. This is a long overdue THANK YOU ZANIES AND YOUR STAFF!
